Return Policy

Warranty

On Hardware All hardware items like printers, faxes and copiers, etc. are guaranteed by the respective manufacturer. In case of defects please refer to documents inside the product carton to contact the manufacturer directly and address all warranty issues directly by the manufacturer.

On Consumables All consumables and supplies like ink cartridges; toners and accessories are also warranted by the respected manufacturer. However, GT Business will handle returns and replacements of defective products on behalf of the manufacturer. On these items you are therefore encouraged to contact GT Business directly.
Note: Replacement, warranty and return of all damaged and defective Xerox and Panasonic items will be handled directly by Xerox, USA and Panasonic, USA respectively.

Returns

All requests for returns must be made by simply contacting our Customer Care Center toll-free at: 1-877-423-7806 (M-F, 9-5 EST).

Request RMA by E-mail

Your order number, reason for return, contact name and phone number, and whether you want refund or replacement, must be filled out completely. Your RMA request will be attended to promptly and our RMA staff will contact you by phone or e-mail. If you do not hear from us in 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) please call Customer Support at 1-877-423-7806 (M-F, 9-5 EST).
